CERSEO, European Centre for Research and Development in the East and the West, is a vocational training agency (regional code B259, PIC n° 949493328) founded in 2005 in Vercelli by professionals who decided to put together their knowledge and experiences in the development of funded programs. In 2006, Cerseo received the accreditation by the Piedmont Region.
The training agency is structured into five departments that deal with:

- European Department, for the implementation of European projects (Erasmus+, PMT mobility projects, IdA, etc…)
